Kitchens are designed with open layouts and include honed marble Didimon islands, backsplashes, and countertops, custom stained rift cut white oak cabinetry, matte dark bronze Graff fittings, and fully integrated Thermador and Wolf appliances with wine refrigerators. At least one ground floor unit (1A) includes over 300 square feet of private outdoor space.
Bathrooms throughout the building showcase high end materials and custom details. Primary bathrooms feature floor-to-ceiling French vanilla honed white marble walls, rare Dolce Vita quartzite floating vanities and floors, and matte dark bronze hardware. Secondary bathrooms include custom honed French vanilla mosaics designed by TalliTien surrounding the bathtubs, while powder rooms are finished with full slab Ceppo Di Gre stone vanities and feature walls. Building amenities include a zen garden for outdoor entertaining, a library lounge with custom millwork and undulating steps that connects to the garden, and a fitness center with cardio and conditioning equipment.
