Emmut Properties of which John Young is a principal has begun marketing residential condominiums at 137 East 13th Street between Third and Fourth Avenues.

The 10-story building has nine full-floor, two-bedroom apartments with two baths.

Each unit has private outdoor space, GE Profile stainless kitchens with white mosaic tile backsplashes, black granite countertops, white cabinetry and bathrooms have Dornbracht fixtures, Mission Style maple vanities and Kohler cast-iron tubs.

Prices range from $1,140,000 to 1.250,000 for apartments with 1,033 square feet.

George Schwarz is the architect. Plans on file with the Department of Buildings indicate that the project is adding four floors to a 6-story building.

Emmut Properties was reported recently to have decided not to offer the 16 apartments at 159 Bleecker Street as condominiums where sales had started earlier this year. A call from CityRealty.com to Mr. Young this afternoon was not returned.
