Completion of the handsome six-unit residential condominium building at 238 West 108th Street is scheduled for this fall.

It is located in the Manhattan Valley section of the Upper West Side.

The mid-block building was designed by Mihai Radu Architects for 238 West 108 Realty LLC of Kings Point, N.Y., of which Robert Greenberg is a member.

The building has a canopied entrance and a red-brick facade with white decorative trim at its sides and around its multipaned windows. There is an arched window on the first floor and a larger arched window on the 5th floor.

According to Mr. Radu, the building attempts to be contextual on the street but has a quite modern rear facade with alternating glass paneled indented balconies.

Mr. Radu said that the building will have "rather fancy cedar storage closets."
