Marketing has begun for the 8-story rental apartment building known as The Stanton NYC at 196 Stanton Street on the Lower East Side.

The building, which is also known as 145 Ridge Street, has been designed by Karl Fischer for Brookshire Equities LLC of which Abraham Noy is a principal.

The building, which has retail space on its lower floors, has 53 apartments and is expected to open March 1.

Most apartments have balconies and the building has a roof deck, a residents' lounge, a laundry room, bicycle storage, a pet grooming room, and a gym.

Some apartments have walk-in closets.

The center of the building is slightly angled and has large windows.
