Marketing has started for the rental apartment building at 303 Tenth Avenue at 28th Street.

The 13-story building has 89 rental units. The project is known as Port 10.

It has been developed by the Atlantic Development Group LLC.

H. Thomas O'Hara is the architect.

It received its permit for the entire project from the Department of Buildings October 5, 2009.

An article by Joey yesterday at Curbed.com showed a three-story-high sign on the facade of the building showing two young men wearing jackets and scarves beneath a banner proclaiming "Bye Mom and Dad."
