It is down the street and across from the Harrison, a new residential condominium building nearing completion that has been developed by the Related Companies and designed by Robert A. M. Stern.
This building has cream-colored facades with many small balconies and a large entrance marquee and the Harrison has a pink facade with colored insert panels.
One-bedroom apartments at The Laureate are expected to start at around $1,670,000.
Continental also developed the Element condo project at 555 West 59th Street and Mercer Greene in SoHo.
