Rents range from $590/month for one-bedrooms to $3,060/month for three-bedrooms. As the median Crown Heights rent ranges from $2,400/month for one-bedrooms to $3,250/month for three-bedrooms (per CityRealty data), this offers quite a bargain.

Building amenities will include video intercom, exercise room, bike room, laundry room, and roof deck. Bedford Arms is only two blocks from the Nostrand Avenue Metro North stop and a short walk from the Franklin Avenue subway stop.
