A new office building at 18 Spencer Street in Brooklyn is bringing high-caliber office suites to the border of Williamsburg and Bedford-Stuyvesant - and the project is nearing the finish line.

A recent site visit shows that construction is nearly complete on the 12-story, mixed-use building developed by The Loketch Group. Upon completion, the office suites will come fully furnished and with floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition to the on-site parking, amenities will include a restaurant, business lounges, terraces, and a roof deck. The building is six blocks from the Flushing Avenue G subway stop.

According to permits filed with the city, the basement and the first three floors of the building will be devoted to 80 parking places. The office suites will be spread between floors four through six, and the upper floors will house an ambulatory diagnostic facility. Renderings released by Input Creative Studio show a towering brick building with exposed girders, metal-framed windows, and an industrially inspired aesthetic.
