Williamsburg’s first new workspace in over forty years is now topped out at 25 Kent. With a façade comprised of brick masonry and blackened steel quickly on its way up as well, the projected occupancy date this year draws nearer.
Now standing 8 stories tall on the Williamsburg waterfront, the building offers 500,000 square feet to be utilized as office space, light manufacturing, retail at ground level, and parking underground. Enticing with a flexible floor plan structure defined by centralized collaborative areas, plus private outdoor space, a rooftop terrace, and natural light, 25 Kent seeks to redefine what it means to come to work.
Designed by Gensler and implementing concept design by HWKN, the building encompasses the entire city block bounded by Kent and Wythe Avenues and North 13th and 12th Streets. At the ground level, a public thoroughfare is planned to feature a public plaza, an arts space, and several shops and eateries.

Inside, design allows for multiple workspace arrangements including full-floor configurations for up to 368 employees, half-floor occupancies of 194 employees, or multi-tenant floors for anywhere between 45 and 90 employees. No matter the configuration, each floor is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and 15-foot ceilings, is serviced by cutting-edge connectivity, and offers outdoor terraces. Qualifying tenants can also opt for full branding opportunities.

Its waterfront location allows for inspiring views of the Manhattan skyline, as well as close proximity to Bushwick Inlet Park and many transportation options.
