As construction progresses on Savanna Hall, the seven-story rental rising in Washington Heights, an affordable lottery has been announced for the studio apartments within. Twenty-five units will be reserved for formerly homeless single adults, and another twenty-five will be set aside for youths aging out of the foster care system. The remaining twenty-two units will provide affordable housing to single adults earning up to 60 percent of the area median income. All interested parties have until December 3, 2018 to apply.
