Today, the Beam Group/ J. Goldman Design revealed their design for a new 26-unit residential development at 18-22 Stanhope Street in Bushwick. We don’t really know what to make of the design but per the firm’s Instagram post, “Masterpiece is the only word to describe this beauty going up in Bushwick @ Stanhope street.”

The street-facing façade designed by J. Goldman's Joshua Felix will be composed of a variety of elements that include neon-green frames, balconies, dark brick and a projecting section of white-colored volumes. The 4-story structure will have 21 apartments spread across its 18,501 square feet of residential floor area. Per the floor schedule, there will be bike parking, a “tenant recreation area” and surface parking for 13 cars.
