When Meshberg Group unveiled The Parkmor at 310 West 113th Street, the venture was described as a "brownstone on steroids." The design by Issac|Stern features a brown brick facade, multi-paned windows, and cornice that typify historic Harlem rowhouses, albeit on a much larger scale than its surrounding neighbors.
In recent weeks the exterior was uncovered, revealing a beautifully-detailed facade coupled with modern accents. Sales quietly launched in early 2020 and currently, two units are being marketed: a two-bedroom asking $1.425M and a three-bed asking $2.05M.
