A short walk from Long Island City’s glorious waterfront, a 4-floor residential project at 5-26 to 5-30 47th Avenue has restarted construction. A newly-posted rendering shows a no-frills design by Brooklyn-based ZPROEKT of red brick and multi-pane windows. The project entails three side-by-side buildings with six units apiece. The upper two floors will be duplexes with private terraces.
