Further uptown, a full-floor apartment at Madison Avenue boutique condominium The Bellemont had the second-highest contract with a $22,000,000 asking price in a deal made less than three weeks after it came on the market. Olshan Realty's market report notes that the owner paid $19,088,024 for it in May 2022 and that there were multiple bidders on the property.
