When developing a New York building, Kane Ventures strives to provide easy access to midtown and, as per the website, “integrate any new project into the ‘flavor’ of the neighborhood.” A few blocks away from the 125th Street A, B, C, and D subway stop, they are working toward those goals with condominiums rapidly taking shape at 17 and 52 Convent Avenue. The buildings are described on their new website as “two sisters…beautiful and proud”, and completion for both is expected in late 2017.

17 Convent Avenue is on the corner of West 128th Street and designed by Alexander Compagno. The grey brick façade will blend in well with the neighbors, and the building is extruded and layered to match Convent Avenue’s diagonal. Many of the 21 one- to four-bedroom units will have their own balconies. Amenities will include a rooftop with dining space and barbecue, fitness room, lounge, virtual doorman, bike room, and storage.
Two blocks up the street, 52 Convent Avenue will contain 17 one- to four-bedroom units. Bricolage Designs will use the same grey brick as its sister building, and it will enhance the area's sense of urbanity. Amenities will include a residents’ lounge with kitchenette, virtual doorman, storage, and bike room.
