When a listing has been on the market for an extended period of time, some sellers will add special perks to sweeten the deal. It is most common for the developers of new construction condos to offer common charge incentives, and sellers of co-ops and resale condos sometimes opt to include storage, parking, or additional outdoor space in the price to set their listing apart.

From November 26 - December 2, 2024, just over 100 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses in core New York City areas experienced price reductions. A selection of notable listings, some of which offer special incentives, may be seen below along with a full chart of last week's price reductions. Please be advised that all quoted figures reflect cumulative price cuts as opposed to the most recent reductions.
