The size of the 69 apartments (689 square feet) within indicates rentals. The elevator building’s amenities are expected to include 35 parking spaces, a bike room, and laundry room; both buildings will share a courtyard. The location will be a boon to students, faculty, and staff at City College New York and Columbia’s Manhattanville campus. For those employed elsewhere, the 125th Street subway stop is located nearby for a convenient commute. The development is expected to be completed in 2021.
