Sales have begun at 32 East 1st Street, the condominiums built on the former site of a BP gas station. Local developer AORE Capital purchased the site in 2014, and the building on the rise is designed by Combined, a joint partnership between RSVP Architecture Studio and N-Plus Design Studio.
Construction is expected to be completed in 2018.
