Ispica Astoria is a short walk from 30th Avenue’s bustling dining and nightlife scene, which includes such local favorites as The Shady Lady, Sugar Freak, and Butcher Bar. There is a bus stop at the end of the block, and the Astoria Boulevard and 30th Avenue subway stops are equidistant.
Of the remaining units, a studio is listed for $745K and a one-bedroom is listed for $860K. This is well above the Long Island City median of $636,500 for studios, but just below the Long Island City median of $890K for one-bedrooms (per CityRealty data). For more listings, click here.
