Barely two days after sales launched at Ispica Astoria, a new four-story condominium, a two-bedroom apartment has already entered contract for $1.1 million. Perhaps this is not surprising, given that the extra-private boutique building boasts highly enviable interiors and has a 15-year tax abatement.

Ispica Astoria is a short walk from 30th Avenue’s bustling dining and nightlife scene, which includes such local favorites as The Shady Lady, Sugar Freak, and Butcher Bar. There is a bus stop at the end of the block, and the Astoria Boulevard and 30th Avenue subway stops are equidistant.
