In May 2013, an entity known as Somer Group Realty LLC bought a vacant lot at 151 Somers Street, two blocks from the Broadway Junction subway station, for $210K (per Acris). At an average of $724 per square foot, apartments at 151 Somers Street come in just below the Bedford-Stuyvesant average of $792 per square foot (per CityRealty data).
