The NOMA Nears Half-Sold Mark; Immediate Occupancy for NoMad Condos Priced from $1.375M

The NOMA, the FXCollaborative-designed condo on the corner of Sixth Avenue and 30th Street in Chelsea, is approaching the 50% closed mark, with 21 of the building’s 55 units recorded as sold.

Sales in the Alchemy Properties-developed building, which reaches 24 stories, began to be recorded a couple of months ago. The average price/ft² on sales thus far in the building is $2,062.

Remaining units not in contract are priced from $2.195 million, which is a 1,266/ft² two-bedroom on the seventh floor. Additionally, the price of a high-floor two-bedroom, #21A, recently had its price reduced from $3.145 million to $2.995 million. Building amenities include a doorman, a gym, a roof deck, and a landscaped terrace.
