Several blocks to the south is Nexus LIC, a conventional modern construction with condominium two-bedroom homes priced from $800,000. Located closer to Manhattan and increasingly-vibrant Queensboro Plaza, the building brings residents quick commutes into Midtown via subway, bike, or car. Interiors are similarly clean with several nice touches such as recessed lighting and marble-clad baths. Many homes feature a balcony, though the views are mostly lackluster in this case.
