Permits have not yet been filed, but that has not stopped Brooklyn-based Vision Development from expressing excitement about their new mixed-use project at 57 South 6th Street. An Instagram post revealed that there will be ground-floor retail and nine units on top of the Michalski Studio-designed project. The site right next to the Williamsburg Bridge is currently home to a one-story Super Pak Courier Services.

While building amenities have not been revealed, it is already clear that residents will enjoy enviable bridge, river, and skyline views by virtue of the building’s location. It is also surrounded by South Williamsburg dining and nightlife hot spots.
