Just in time for the holiday season, the team responsible for the forthcoming West Village condominium, 175 West 10th Street, has released an animated video by Paperfarm
giving us a picturesque first-person look at the building and its residences. The BKSK-designed
condominium stands just 7 stories tall and features five full-floor bespoke residences, one of which is a duplex penthouse. The structure, located between West 10th Street and Charles Street, was developed by Greystone Development who aimed for a townhouse feel in the heart of the charming Greenwich Village Historic District. Sales and marketing are being handled by the acclaimed Fran Katzen's team at Douglas Elliman.

The thoughtful design also spreads into the kitchen, which includes Calacatta Gold polished marble slab countertops and backsplash, custom oak cabinetry and Gaggenau appliances. The master baths are equipped with Fior Di Bosco marble honed slab flooring, steam showers, heated floors, and soaking tubs elegantly finished with Calacatta Crema honed marble slab walls.
While the focus of many of these new developments is to have as many amenities as possible, these sleek residences shy away from that in order to give a sense of exclusivity and privacy in a bustling metropolis.
