The façade of 15 West 119th Street has been uncovered. The new six-story building, just west of Fifth Avenue was developed by Uri Pielet of Pielet Brothers. Construction permits were filed way back in 2014 by Melamed Architect. Design + Urbanism Architecture now listed as the architect of record

Recent photos coalign with the initial rendering and show a no frills affair of balconies and large windows. The color scheme of pale yellow and reds gels with the adjacent buildings yet stands out for its sleekness and simplicity. All 16 units will have access to outdoor space, most in the form of balconies.

Building amenities will include a roof terrace, bike room, and storage. It is not certain whether the apartments are for sale or lease, but original designer Melamed Architect described the project as a rental.
