Recent reports have finally named billionaire Michael Dell of Dell Technologies as the buyer of the most expensive home ever sold in New York City – a whopping $100.5M penthouse at One57 – after he closed on the unit back in 2014. In honor of that now solved mystery, CityRealty has compiled a list of NYC's top 20 most expensive sales of all time.
