389 E 89: The Upper East Side's Best-Selling Condo Nears Sellout, See Remaining Listings and New Photos

Between its sleek design by Paris Forino, lavish amenties, and prime Yorkville location near the Second Avenue subway, 389 E. 89 has attracted considerable attention and success. As we reported in August, the 33-floor conversion project is one of the best-selling new developments on the Upper East Side.

More recently, Magnum Real Estate Group announced the building is 90% sold and has closed the most condo units on the Upper East Side in 2018. This is largely due to the 156-unit building offering the largest number of condos for sale in the neighborhood .

“This is an elevated living experience offered at an approachable price point.” – Ben Shaoul, President, Magnum Real Estate Group
