Exactly halfway through May 2023, a total of 1,364 new apartments and houses for sale throughout New York City have come on the market. The Manhattan homes come to a median price of $2,158,700 ($1,751 per square foot) for condos and $999,444 for co-ops. The Brooklyn listings offer something of a respite at $1,382,000 ($1,279 per square foot) for condos, but relatively close to Manhattan co-ops at $970,000 (all figures per CityRealty listings). Below, we take a look at the most eye-catching listings to come on the market in the first half of the month.
