As of this writing, it is far too soon to say when New York will reopen again - after all, the governor's talks with surrounding states have barely begun. The real estate industry has been trying to adjust with on-demand video tours and virtual closings, but the number of listings coming on the market is not at the volume it would normally be.

Over the past seven days, only 130 condo and co-ops were listed throughout Manhattan and northern Brooklyn, a noticeable departure from the 700+ listings than came online weekly prior to the pandemic. On that note, of already listed apartments only 36 for-sale units received price reductions in the same area. Please note that all of the following price cuts are cumulative as opposed to showing the most recent reductions.
