The median asking price of a newly-listed studio condo came in at $725,000 ($1,160/ft2), with one-bedrooms asking $1.25M ($1,373/ft2), and two-bedrooms $2.2M ($1,494/ft2). Unsurprisingly, mint-condition sponsor condos ask considerably higher, coming in at a median of $2.5M ($2,115/ft2).
