NYC apartments with private balconies

Throughout the greater tri-state region, city and state officials have been highly diligent about releasing reopening plans for businesses and public places. At the same time, many residents were drawn to certain buildings for the abundance of fitness, social, and lifestyle offerings that also closed to keep the pandemic at bay, and the reopening process here is a bit hazier. Indeed, one Brooklyn building shifted its marketing campaign to focus on outdoor amenities, but proper social distancing must be practiced there, too.

However, those fortunate enough to live in an apartment with a private balcony have been able to enjoy the outdoors in safety and comfort. Private outdoor space has sometimes been seen as a luxury reserved for those who have purchased their apartments, but all of the following beautiful balconies are located in apartments for rent.
