NYC Median Rents in April 2021 and Discounted Deals with Outdoor Space

Based on CityRealty rental listings and market data , between March and April 2021, Manhattan's overall median rent climbed 1% to $3,032/month. The number of publically-marketed rental listings on the island continued to fall, registering 9,736 availabilities, 13% fewer than on March 9, 2021. Inventory in the city's toniest neighborhoods such as SoHo, Tribeca, and the Village fell the fastest, but these ares also recorded some of the steepest median rent declines as a number of their super-high-end rentals left the market.
