Features

As of May 12, 2021, there are 10,368 publicly listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale throughout Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. The numbers come exactly one week before many of New York City's capacity restrictions are set to be lifted on May 19, and the reopening of schools and offices may inspire buyers to return to the city.

While the staggering number of contracts indicates that Manhattan's luxury market is on the way back up, it is worth noting that many of these contracts were for listings in new buildings with state-of-the-art appliances and high-end finishes. From May 5-10, a total of 279 sales listings had their prices cut. This is the lowest number we've tallied in quite some time, and it is worth noting that some of these apartments are in need of renovations. A full, sortable list may be found below.
