As of this writing, there are 10,196 publicly listed condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. The median Manhattan condo price has risen 1.1 percent since last week to $2,225,852, or $1,735 per square foot. Manhattan's median co-op price, however, experienced a tiny dip to $894,557.
