Permits were filed by LLCs under the name Bob Hinez as two distinct buildings with eight units each (one was filled under 760 Bergen Street) but an offering plan filed last year indicates one 16-unit condominium for the addresses. Hinez was also listed on permits for a condo project directly across the street at 767 Bergen Street which launched sales earlier this year. Six listings at that property are on the market with an average price of $901/square foot. Architecture firm InFocus is the architect of record for both condo projects.
