For the Thanksgiving holiday week of November 2020, Manhattan recorded 93 condo, condop, and co-op sales amounting to $159.3 million of real estate sold. The median price of the 45 condos sold throughout the borough was $1.653 million ($1,244/ft2) and the median price of the 46 co-ops sold was $715,500. A full, sortable list of apartment sales may be found below.

The top sale of the week took place at The Merchant's House, where a six-bedroom loft closed for $16.4 million. This dramatic loft boasts expansive interiors, double-height ceilings, climate-controlled wine-tasting room, 3,000 square feet of private outdoor space, and star power: NBA star and Olympic medalist Deron Williams originally listed the apartment for $33.5 million, but the New York Post notes that this nevertheless comes in above the $15.8 million he paid for it in 2013.

After weeks of dizzyingly high numbers of luxury contracts, Manhattan contracts at $4 million and up tapered off to 14 in the week of November 23-29. Olshan Realty's market report notes that this is fairly typical for the week of Thanksgiving; the 10-year average is 12 contracts. The asking price sales volume came to a total of $143,860,000.

At The Sherry Netherland, a full-floor cooperative was originally listed for $32 million in 2017. It has since been reduced to $22 million, and was nevertheless the top contract of the past week. Listing broker Sabrina Saltiel of Douglas Elliman said the local buyers had been looking at townhouses, but notes that this has the square footage of a private home. Indeed, the second-highest contract of the past week was a Greenwich Village townhouse asking $19.495 million.
