Development firm Orange Management purchased the property in 2013 for just over $9 million, and transformed it from a parking lot to a boutique condominium. Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects (GKV) are the designers and crafted a composite façade that draws inspiration from Bauhaus modernism and features an interplay of articulated fenestration and Norman brick.

Waverly Brooklyn includes apartments ranging from studio to four-bedroom units. There are currently six apartments for sale: one studio starting from $595,000, two 1-bedroom units starting from $785,000, one 2-bedroom unit starting from $1,235,000 and two 3-bedroom units starting from $1,475,000.
