Piloted forward by the Raymond and Joseph Roubeni-led Astral Weeks Development, the development will bring 20 "generously proportioned" units to a vacant lot just two blocks away from the Knickerbocker Avenue stop of the M train. Bricolage Designs is serving as the architect of record and according to Astral Weeks' project page, most units will have balconies or outdoor space and apartments will offer fully equipped kitchens, high efficiency mini split heating/cooling and modern finishes. he walk-up building's amenities will community recreation/bike rooms, common laundry rooms, tenant storage and landscaped roof decks.
