Ismael Leyva’s new sliver of a tower occupying 19 Park Place is finally nearing completion. Situated in Tribeca, the tower rises just across from the new Four Seasons Hotel and the historic Woolworth Building. The narrow tower is a mere 25 feet wide, yet Leyva's design masterfully maximizes the space by using glass and semi-circle terraces. Developer ABN Realty began construction at the site in 2013, with a development cost of $20 million. Topping out at 21 stories, the building will host 24 half- and full-floor condominium residences.
Inside, residences feature floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls and glass-framed balconies that will offer exquisite views of the surrounding cityscape. Top-notch features are throughout the homes, including quartz counters in the kitchens, and teak cabinets in the bathrooms.

A double-height, fully-attended lobby will greet residents in a space featuring a 19-foot waterfall, an illuminated green wall, and custom art by sculptor Amanda Weil. Amenities in the building continue, and include a private full-floor lounge, an outdoor landscaped garden, a fitness room, a children’s playroom, heated sidewalks, and cold storage. Private storage and sky terraces with shared wet bars are also available for purchase.
