Interior of 100 Avenue A in the East Village
The East Village is on its way to becoming the new neighborhood for luxury apartment hunters. The design offers an open layout for the kitchen and living room, complete with white oak herringbone floors throughout, and over-sized casement windows which give the residence plenty of natural light. The kitchen, designed by Effeti of Italy, features white Calacatta marble countertops, a herringbone backsplash, custom-stained white oak and lacquer cabinets, along with Miele appliances including a refrigerator, oven, cooktop, and dishwasher.

Both bedrooms are well-lit and generously-sized, with the master bedroom boasting its own bathroom. The bathroom is highlighted by a stained oak vanity with storage and bronze leg accents, Bianco Dolomiti marble wall tiles, and chevron-patterned marble floor tiles. Both bathrooms also include custom medicine cabinets with integrated lighting.
100 Avenue A is on the corner of East 7th Street, giving future residents lovely views of Tompkins Square Park, which is just across the street.
