A new condominium is beginning to rise out of the ground at 1399 Park Avenue in Harlem between East 103rd and 104th Streets. Upon expected completion next year, the building will soar to 23 stories tall and host 72 condominiums with views of Central Park and beyond.
Developer Heritage Real Estate Partners commissioned Goldstein, Hill, & West for design. Renderings reveal a tower that rises in a stacked fashion, with multiple setbacks and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Rising to a height of 253 feet, the building will be one of the tallest residential buildings in Harlem.
