Studios will begin around $1,800/month, one-bedrooms for $2,400/month, two-bedrooms for $3,400/month and three-bedrooms around $5,200/month. Rent increases are subject to rent stabilization laws.

Amenities for the elevator building will include private off-street parking, a laundry room in the basement, a fitness center, a roof deck and a live-in super. The Academy is within a 6-minute walking distance to both Astoria’s Broadway station and the 30th Avenue station. Notable nearby restaurants include Smokehouse, Sandfords, and Sac’s on Broadway, and Seva, Butcher Bar, or Queens Comfort on 30th Avenue.
