Rental Discounts: Beautiful NYC apartments reduced by over 30%

As of this writing, there are 17,358 apartments for rent in core areas of New York City with the Manhattan median rent now coming in at $2,783/month. Rents have been falling for months, and Crain's New York Business speculates that this trend is likely to continue at least into the first half of the year. It is most likely that things will pick up again once more people get vaccinated and the city's jobs reach pre-pandemic levels.

In the second full week of January 2021, core areas of New York saw the prices of over 1,000 apartments reduced. A full list of discounted listings may be found below, and we compiled a selection of apartments reduced by 30 percent or more.
