Just one block north of Battery Park in Lower Manhattan, the 1926 art deco tower at 21 West Street is an icon in the Financial District.

The 33-story structure has been declared a New York City landmark, and a 1998 conversion to rentals by Rose Associates resulted in studio to three-bedroom apartments with rich history and contemporary interiors.

Inside, no-fee rentals are currently available and the leasing team is offering one month of free rent; studios start at $2,755/month, one-bedrooms at $4,795/month and two-bedrooms at $5,300/month.
