Current availability starts at $2,625/month for a studio and $3,899/month for a one-bedroom. Leasing office walk-ins are allowed with no appointment bookings necessary. Additionally, lease terms are flexible and include 6-month, one-year, and 18-month lease terms. All listings are no fee and the building is offering $1,000 deposits for qualified renters..
