"They are re-doing the hallways- right now they have old green carpeting that needs to be redone. The building has a fabulous wrap around rooftop terrace. The lobby is large with extremely high ceilings. There is always a huge bouquet of flowers as you walk in. Right now there is scaffolding in the front of the building as they are fixing siding in the front.
They are a little tough but if the buyer is financially qualified, they will pass. They do NOT want anyone working out of the apartment. The managing agent is difficult to get a hold of, but if you keep calling her, she eventually picks up and has the info you need.
Across the street from Equinox, close to the E,V,6 train- tons of great restaurants in the neighborhood. Walking distance to Blooingdales and all those 59th St stores like Zara- also very close to Home Depot."
