Executive Plaza at 150 West 51st Street is a 22 story pre war building originally constructed in 1926 as the Taft Hotel. The property was converted to condominiums in 1986 by Taft Partners Development Group, with Wechsler-Grasso-Menziuso serving as architect. The conversion created 443 residential units alongside the Michelangelo Hotel, which occupies a portion of the complex.
