"This handsome, 15-story apartment building at 67 Park Avenue on the northeast corner of 38th Street was designed by Schwartz & Gross, one of the city s best and most prolific architectural firms of pre-war apartment buildings.

Among their better known buildings are 55, 91, 101, 241 and 336 Central Park West, 911, 983m 1070, 1095, 1165 and 1185 Park Avenue, 37 and 90 Riverside Drive, 440 West End Avenue and the Mark and Surrey Hotels on the Upper East Side." Read Carter's Full Review
