Marmara Park Avenue is a pre-war rental building in Midtown's Murray Hill neighborhood finished in 1927 and converted in 2009. Situated at 114 East 32nd Street, between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue, the building contains 80 units and rises 18 stories. 

The Marmara Park Avenue honors New York City’s eclectic past, occupying a richly historied 21-story building that dates back to 1927, while evolving the very meaning of luxury white-glove service and exceptional hospitality. Proud to have worked with local New York City artisans and craftspeople who fabricated some of the newly renovated building’s (entire building renovated in 2014/15) most eye-catching elements, this discrete yet centrally located building, just off Park Avenue South in NoMad, is an up-and-coming landmark defined by a subtle and nuanced elegance that uplifts the ordinary.

With its spacious bespoke lobby entrance, playful accents, and inviting common spaces, residents are welcomed by refined hand-blown glass and the breathtaking vestibule – assembled using more than 670 pieces of faceted steel. Versatile 1,375-square-foot function rooms (accommodates up to 120 visitors), constructed with all natural organic materials, are ensconced behind the lobby and adorned by a library filled with classics, creating an environment for reflection while optimized with the latest state-of-the-art technology.

At the gym and wellness center, residents and guests discover a dreamy pool, steam bath, sauna, and clarity chamber. The 799-square-foot subterranean dreamy pool delivers guests a one-of-a-kind relaxation experience amid a serene setting, a rarity in New York City. The spa has two treatment rooms, staffed by expert masseurs and estheticians, and is a place to detoxify, relax, cleanse, and soothe.
