"19 story postwar bldg with 280 units built in the 60s...went co-op in the 80s. Roofdeck with views of empire state bldg & chrysler bldg has table & chairs, potted flowers & trees. Also has bike room, fitness room, garage. Standard board package... Subway(#6) on 28rd & Park...only 1 street & 2 avenues away. Lots of bars & restaurants in the neighborhood. On 3rd ave, there is Coppola`s (good Italian), Choice (American), East (Japanese with karaoke bar)."
